- Equipped with an automatic coke-breaking function, it effectively prevents slagging and ensures continuous, stable combustion.
- Staged air distribution and staged combustion optimize fuel-oxygen mixing, control furnace temperature and further reduce coking risks.
High Efficiency & Low Emission Design
The boiler is fitted with a cast iron economizer and air preheater to recover waste heat from flue gas, significantly improving thermal efficiency and lowering fuel consumption. A steam soot blowing system maintains clean heat exchange surfaces, ensuring sustained high efficiency and stable heat transfer performance throughout operation.
Intelligent Automatic Control System
The boiler is equipped with a PLC automatic control cabinet in English, realizing fully automated operation including automatic ignition, fuel feeding, water level regulation, steam pressure control and safety interlock.
