Introduction
The DZL/DZW series boilers are horizontal three-pass water-fire tube, chain/reciprocating grate boilers, suitable for burning formed biomass fuel, and can also burn pure coal or a mixture of coal and formed biomass fuel. The boiler body is a single drum arranged longitudinally. Threaded fire tubes are arranged in the drum to form the convective heating surface. The drum and the water wall tubes on both sides form the furnace radiant heating surface. The combustion equipment adopts a light-duty chain grate; it leaves the factory fully pre-assembled for fast on-site installation.

Advantages
The furnace arch adopts an inverted “α” flue gas flow design, which has strong adaptability toboiler fuel.
Strengthen heat transfer, avoid dust dleposition and improve boiler efficiency.
Reduce smoke temperatune, prevent tube plate cracking, reduce heat load of boiler bottom and prevent bulge.
Improve the flexibility of the pipe plate to reduce the thermal stress of the welding joints at the ends of the pipeline.
Chain/reciprocating grate layer combustion, optimized furnace arch & air distribution for complete particle burning. Durable movable grate, low installation‑maintenance workload, service life over 25 years.
The control and monitoring instruments are complete, equipped with low-water protection and over pressure protection devices, safe and stable.
